キラキラ Profile

Hi, I am the owner and care coordinator for Baby Smile Okinawa.
My staff and I offer in home child care services and Japanese language tutoring for American and Japanese residents with children in Okinawa.

I am originally from Yokohama.
I got married and moved to Okinawa with my husband.
Our son, Takumi, was born in Okinawa and is now 6 years old.
I have been offering professional child care services for a year.

I know that moving to a new location can be hard for parents, especially when you may not know anyone there.
I truly enjoy caring for and teaching young children and look forward to helping your family as well!

My child care team and I are experienced mothers with children of our own.
We love kids, so when you need a rest, give us a call.

Learning Japanese

This is Landon. .
We provide care for him twice a week offering Japanese language development through interactive play.

Children like Landon who learn foreign languages early in life have an edge on other who don't.
I enjoyed playing with him today.

The picture is playing Thomas the Tank Engine(choo choo train)ニコニコ.

We can teach Japanese!

I enjoyed playing with him today.

Two babies

I went to Camp McTureous today to provide care for 6months old girl and her 17month old brother.

We provide care for them twice a week.
Today's lunch was mac and cheese, which the 17 month old devours.
They are very cute!ハート
Their parents like that I bring my 6years old son and the 17month old enjoys playing with him very much.

They are very good friends now and play together well.
We will meet them this Saturday.
We look forward to meet them! パー

New customer!

I have been very busy with new interviews so I naven't time to blog.
We are always happy to have new customers!

I'd like to welcome a new family we began taking care of today.
The family recently moved to Okinawa from Florida and started using our service a week ago.

We provide care to their 2 year old and 10 month old three times a week.
At first the children were very shy, but have since opened up and are very engaged.
They love playing with cars and we spend most of the day doing that.
